Chef Marcelo Martins is Portuguese and grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Marcelo grew up seeing and helping his mom, aunties and grandmothers making traditional Northern Portuguese dishes. As a chef I worked in Brazil, Portugal and Spain.
